Sponsors

The NES 2026 organizing committee gratefully acknowledges the support of our sponsors: AFA Försäkring, Jönköping Kommun, Destination Jönköping and Occurrence AB. Their commitment helps make the conference possible.

Afa Försäkring

Our insurance plans are based on collective agreements between Sweden’s labour market parties. Afa Försäkring provide financial support in the event of incapacity for work due to sickness, work injury, shortage of work, death and parental leave.

In addition to our core insurance activities, we manage knowledge and resources, and work to prevent ill-health in the workplace. Afa Insurance funds research and development in occupational health and safety and health. We invest SEK 150 million annually in research in these areas to improve the work environment and promote health.

In this way, collectively agreed insurance lays the foundations for a better working life, with greater security for all.

Destination Jönköping

Destination Jönköping’s mission is to sustainably develop, position, and market the geographical area of Jönköping Municipality. This work is carried out in collaboration with the municipality, public authorities, the business community, academia, and civil society.

Occurrence

Occurrence provides advanced digital twin technology that uses AI, computer vision and edge computing to turn industrial environments into intelligent, responsive spaces.

Its first product, Occurrence Ergo, is an AI co-pilot for ergonomists. From an ordinary video of a work task, Ergo reconstructs the operator’s body in 3D, highlights the joints at risk, and scores the task with established methods such as RULA, REBA, RAMP and MEC, but it can also support each customer’s own proprietary rules and internal standards.

The ergonomist stays in control: Occurrence Ergo takes over the time-consuming observation and scoring, so experts can focus on judgement, solutions and the people on the line.

In an independent evaluation by Volvo Group and Chalmers, Ergo ranked #1 of 11 tools and cut assessment time by up to 80%. Teams can assess more tasks, get more consistent results, and act on risks sooner.
