Important: Author Registration
To confirm inclusion in the conference programme, at least one author of each accepted contribution must register for the conference by 6th of October 2026. Contributions without a registered author after this deadline will be withdrawn from the programme and proceedings.
Registration fees (VAT included) and registration links
From August 16th 2026 (not including conference dinner)
- Student (PhD/MSc): 5,625 SEK. Register HERE
- NES Members: 7,500 SEK. Register HERE
- Non-Members: 8,750 SEK. Register HERE
Conference Dinner: 625 SEK (option available when registering to the conference).
One-Day Ticket (not including conference dinner): 5,000 SEK.
Two-Day Ticket (not including conference dinner):

In connection with your registration for NES 2026, we collect your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling and administering your participation in the conference. The data is jointly managed by the congress organizer NES and the conference registration services provided by Meetx, the system provider Trippus, the assessment platform EasyChair and Quality Hotel Match (to administer necessary dietary restrictions). Your data will only be retained for the time required to complete the administration and legal financial accounting of the event, after which it will be deleted in accordance with the GDPR.
